On Hand Wig Policy

THERE WILL BE NO SEZZLE PAYMENT PLAN for on hand wig. (paypal payment plan works) 

You must DM or text us to get a list of the units available.

please make sure to click “MANUAL PAYMENT” & DO NOT put your card info in.

you will go on my website and purchase your unit, put your address in and everything , but at the end click “MANUAL PAYMENT”.

we do not accept "sezzle" as a payment option for wigs on hand, paypal is the only payment plan available.

If you’re picking it up, it’ll give you a pick up address. (If you’re not picking up, disregard that message) It’ll be mailed to you using express shipping . If we agreed on drop off, please click that option. Let me know when you’re done.

If you’re doing zelle, it’ll give you the zelle to do it to.

If you pay on the website, we will have to refund you your money( takes 3-7 days to reflect in your bank) . We don’t do website payment for wigs on hand.

If you pay on the website, you won’t get a wig on hand, you’ll have to wait for 3-7 days for us to ship your order .

For identification purposes, you can DM us on instagram to verify your identity OR you can send us your state ID.
 

 If you place an order that gets returned by USPS. You’ll be responsible for contacting USPS to fix the address before it says “Back to Sender” or in any way referring that the product is being returned back to us. 

We will contact you to let you know when it arrives back to us. You will be contacted 5 times, if there’s no response… we WILL not refund you but we will hold your unit for 30 days extra. After that, there’ll be no refunds and you’ll be unable to get to unit.

Automatically reporting anything to your bank will lead to a dispute. By purchasing on our website, you’re agreeing to automatically lose the dispute.

Please keep in mind that all wigs are true to length and have gone through a severe checkpoint for quality, wig cap size are 

also on the  chart, if you are not sure of your head size, try to pick a medium or large because we have bands

that can help adjust if they run bigger so please size up or down accordingly, cap size can't be a valid reason

for exchange or return/refund as the shipping overseas to the factory is pricey, except the customer is willing to cover it.
