• We will not be held liable for any order delays due to incorrect shipping and billing addresses. Please make sure you enter your address correctly including building and apartment numbers. • A shipping confirmation email will be sent as soon as your unit has left our facility. Please keep in mind once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for their delivery of them. • We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
-processing is the first stage, then shipment notification or pick-up notification which is when you get a tracking notification or a pick-up notification, then you can track it.

• AGAIN orders take 2-3 days to process and 3-7 days for pick up and 3-7 days for tracking NOTIFICATION. Tracking NOTIFICATION doesn’t include the delivery date, But most orders get delivered 1-3 days after the notification is sent.
For example, If you order a wig on September 26, It will finish processing on the 29th, you can then expect a shipment or pick up notification anytime from October 3rd-7th and might go to the 10th if there are any delays with the carrier. After this, your order will get to you anytime from the 10th-13th.
Weekends do NOT count as a processing day, if you order on a Friday, your order does NOT start to process until the upcoming Monday.
If you place an order that gets returned by USPS. You’ll be responsible for contacting USPS to fix the address before it says “Back to Sender” or in any way referring that the product is being returned back to us.
We will contact you to let you know when it arrives back to us. You will be contacted 3-5 times, if there’s no response… we WILL not refund you but we will hold your unit for 3 days extra. After that, there’ll be no refunds and you’ll be unable to get to the unit.
• Pick-up orders take 2-3 days to process and 3-7 days for a pick-up notification.
• You’ll receive a pickup form and all information must be completed
• For identification purposes, you can DM us on Instagram to verify your identity OR you can send us your state ID.
• If a time is set for your pick-up, please be prompt and leave a little earlier due to traffic. The pickup location is NOT where I reside, Therefore I can’t “leave it somewhere or with someone”
⁃ If you’re 6-15 minutes later than your time, there’s an additional $8 charge due to the inconvenience of personal time, if you’re 16-30 minutes late, the charge is $15. Anything over 30 minutes late will be a $20 charge and need to reschedule.
If the product isn't what you ordered due to our mistake, We strongly apologize. Please contact us in the next 1-3 days for the order to return appropriately. Do not return to the address on the package, It can NOT receive any mails. Otherwise, there will be no returns or exchanges if it is not due to our mistake. We also can not cancel the order after or while it's being processed.

If the mistake is on our behalf, we will happily correct the issue. . If you place an order that won’t meet the date of when you needed your product, we will not be responsible for any refunds if the product was still going to meet our shipping time.

If you want to get a WIG ON HAND before it’s shipped due to the order not meeting the time frame that YOU expected (this means you thought you would get it earlier than what we stayed)there will be no refunds to match the product you originally ordered. If the price of the wig on hand is more, you will be required to pay the difference. (This also applies to exchanges)
